Dr. Mather is an Arizona Licensed Psychologist and an Arizona Certified School Psychologist.  He earned an advanced graduate degree in School Psychology with an emphasis in Special Education Law from Vermont College and his PhD in Clinical Psychology from Union Institute & University.  He recently completed his Post-Doctoral Residency at Beljan Psychological where he received post-doctoral supervision from Dr. Paul Beljan, a nationally recognized expert in the field of pediatric neuropsychology.


The clinicians at Arizona Neurodevelopmental and Learning Center (ANLC) provide Arizona families with the highest quality services in the areas of clinical and developmental assessment, remedial programming development, and special education consultation and advocacy.

Through our continuum of comprehensive evaluative, diagnostic, remedial, consultative and advocacy services, ANLC works collaboratively with families, physician’s and schools to ensure that every child is understood, valued and respected and provided with opportunities to achieve to their highest potential in all areas of their lives. Every child has the right to learn, every child has the right to a high quality education, and no child should be left behind.
