Executive Summary

Trilogy Psychological Services, LLC is a dynamic group practice whose philosophical origins stem from a whole person approach which we believe ultimately leads to better outcomes connecting the mind, the body, and the spirit. Trilogy provides a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic services provided by skilled clinicians and professionals. Trilogy staff includes two licensed psychologists, who are also certified school psychologists, who specialize in neuropsychology, clinical psychology, forensic psychology, and school psychology. Additional part-time staff members include a trilingual social worker providing translation services in English, Spanish, and French. Trilogy also utilizes the services of practicum students from local, respected universities to provide psychometrician services and therapeutic services to clients and to provide ongoing training for future psychologists. Trilogy offers a variety of services including a variety of types of evaluations/assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, advocacy services, and consultative services to a diverse population ranging in ages from 3 years through geriatric.

Dr. Huggins and Dr. Mather have varied educational and employment histories making them highly knowledgeable, skilled, and competent to provide a variety of psychological evaluations and psychological services. They are both licensed psychologists in the state of Arizona and also certified school psychologists. Dr. Huggins and Dr. Mather are highly qualified to conduct child developmental evaluations, psycho-educational evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, pediatric and adult neuropsychological evaluations, clinical psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, psychosexual evaluations for adolescents and adults, and forensic evaluations. They are highly skilled in pediatric psychology to conduct comprehensive evaluations and specialize in childhood disorders not limited to Autistic Disorder/Asperger’s Syndrome, childhood Bipolar Disorder, Tourette’s Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Mild, Moderate, Severe/Profound Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities including Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Expressive and Receptive Language Delays, among a variety of other childhood or adolescent onset disorders. Adult comprehensive evaluations are conducted to discern the presence or absence of a variety of disorders including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Depression, other thought and/or mood disorders, substance abuse evaluations, eating disorders, psychosexual disorders including paraphilias, personality disorders, and intellectual disabilities among others. Other consultative and advocacy services are also provided to assist parents and clients navigate the special education system within public and private schools, as well as, a variety of therapeutic services including individual and group therapy services covering a variety of topics for children, adolescents, and adults. Examples of topics available for children and adolescents include skill building, emotional and behavioral regulation, grief and loss counseling, substance abuse, childhood and adolescent eating disorders, and general support groups and individual counseling services. Services for adults include individual and group support for patients suffering from a variety of psychological disorders including PTSD, grief and loss, eating disorders, substance abuse, divorce, depression, crisis intervention, and psychoeducational support promoting acceptance, knowledge, and healthy maintenance/treatment of the client’s diagnosis/diagnoses.

Our office is conveniently located in the East Valley between the 202 and 60 freeways on the border of Gilbert and Mesa. We are minutes from Queen Creek, Chandler, and Tempe. Our staff are highly skilled and qualified, passionate about what they do, and continuously seek to further their knowledge base to offer a continuum of quality services grounded in sound, ethical, and efficacious psychological practices supported by the most current literature in the field.
