Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, Trilogy Psychological Services does not accept insurance at this time. However, we can offer you a detailed super-bill that you may submit to your insurance company on your own for reimbursement.


How long does an evaluation take?

Most evaluations take approximately 3-4 hours. This range depends on how quickly the patient completes the tests administered. Patients may bring snacks and drinks, and may stop and take breaks as needed.


Do I have to stay at the office the whole time while my child is being evaluated?

We understand these evaluations are a long process. Parents are welcome to leave their children during the evaluation. However, your provider will want to interview you and may have additional forms for you to fill out, so it is best to check with the provider before you leave.


Do you offer payment plans?

Our payment policy indicates that full payment is due at the time of service. However for evaluations, we will accept half of the amount due at the time of service. The remaining balance must be paid before a final report can be released. We do not offer other payment plans at this time.
