Special Education Advocacy

Trilogy clinicians are both licensed clinicians as well as certified school psychologists. Therefore we are in a unique position to analyze and interpret psycho-educational testing, provide second opinions around special education eligibility, and fight for families to ensure their child is receiving all the services, modification and accommodation to which they are entitled.

  • Trilogy clinicians hold a distinct advantage over the majority of clinicians and educational diagnosticians in the East Valley as our clinicians understand the relationship between clinical diagnoses and special eligibility, 504 eligibility and gifted eligibility.

divider
  • Areas of Specialty include: Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, Emotional Disabilities, Speech and Language Delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Delays, Other Health Impairments (ADHD, Tourette's Disorder, Anxiety, Depression), Mental Retardation, 504 Eligibility and Gifted Eligibility Assessments

divider
  • Trilogy clinicians support families in navigating the often confusing and intimidating educational systems ensuring client rights are not violated and that each child receives the educational services they are entitled to under federal and state law.

divider
  • We will ensure school districts, charter school and private schools develop and implement educational programming that meets needs of the individual.

divider
  • Our knowledge of the neuropsychology of learning, behavioral and developmental disorders allows us to support the development of individualized and effective remedial programming and targeted interventions.

divider
  • The outcomes of our evaluation MUST be utilized by public school teams when determining eligibility for special services, determining 504 eligibility, determining gifted eligibility, and when developing individual programming to meet the needs of your child.

  • Trilogy clinicians are available to attend special education meetings.
